Kabbalah - Kabbalah Torah

Torah is Hebrew for "law" or "instruction" - the first five books of the Hebrew scriptures called the "Books of Moses". The written law. Kabbalah is a study and contemplation upon the deeper, hidden meaning of the text.

The Books of Moses are Genesis,Exodus,Leviticus,Numbers and Deuteronomy. Kabbalah teaches that words, letters and numbers are the building blocks of creation and that every Hebrew letter, word and number of the Torah contains a hidden meaning.

Gematria is the name of one method for revealing the hidden meanings. Each letter is assigned a number and by converting the letters to numbers hidden meaning in each word is uncovered. By following this type of procedure alternative and hidden meanings of the text within the Torah may come to light.

"1. Tis true without lying, certain & most true.

2. That which is below is like that which is above & that which is above is like that which is below to do the miracles of one only thing.

3. And as all things have been & arose from one by the meditation of one: so all things have their birth from this one thing by adaptation."
